Snacks.

Eric’s Promise Update:

“Keep Writing” God says.

1. Today marks 3 full weeks of eating with the community who utilizes the free hot lunches and dinners at Hope Ministries.

2. The pattern continues – complete alignment in purpose with Christ

3. A man from Mexico asked me for my rosary today, so I gave it to him, knowing I will be able to receive more. He spoke of unity and that God asks us to be 1. His daughters make rosaries in Mexico. 🙂

4. Snack bags were provided by a Good Samaritan today and they are filled with the following:

1. Lucky Charms snack bar (too hard for people who don’t have all of their teeth)

2. Peanuts (same as above)

3. Pretzels (same as above)

4. Ramen noodles (many people there do not have a way to cook these)

5. Trail mix (again, too hard for everyone to eat)

6. Peanut butter crackers (same)

7. Fruit snacks (too chewy for people without teeth)

8. Oatmeal pack (same as #4 above)

9. Popcorn (people don’t have microwaves to eat this)

10. Beef jerky (again, too chewy for everyone to eat)

11. Chewy bar (seems soft enough for everyone)

If you would like to make snack bags for everyone who is in need, please think soft foods.

Much Love, Melissa
