Glory.

Yesterday I painted with 3 people experiencing homelessness. After that was led right into reading Psalm 119 with one of them. It is the longest passage in the Bible. This gentlemen is the parable of the lost sheep and God has been guiding me to him ever since I arrived where I currently live.

Right after that was led to get “coffee” when a man from Romania stopped me and asked me for “advice.” I ended up reading the parable of the sower to him and Revelation 21 in part. He spoke of how his circumstances were so confusing that the only thing that gave him peace was the Word of God. He has the Bible app on his phone and falls asleep to the voice on there reading him the gospels.

Today I turn straight to the whole reason any of us exist, to help heal the nations. It was side by side to the following passage. This passage to me first appeared while supporting my Uncle Tom and his kids in LaPorte by going to their church. We are to put our opinions aside and share in our faith, always. This is the Harvest. Unity is the Harvest. Love is the Harvest. Loving without opinions. Not trying to fix but simply encourage.

John 14
New King James Version
The Way, the Truth, and the Life

14 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many [a]mansions; if it were not so, [b]I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.”

5 Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”

6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.
God’s Glory is Here. Justice. Social Justice. Joy.
