Mustache.

God has been showing me a trail linked to a very specific message for a handful of years now. Bottom line it is about Ethics. Morals. Beatitudes.

The message is coming through in this little story for you today:

Live a life worth living. How do we do that? It’s easy. Look at the world as it is and it will become clear as day. Being kind, is enough. Singing in love is enough. Dancing in love is enough. Sharing a meal in love is enough. Sharing clothing in love is enough. Doing anything in love is enough.

The message today is you are enough. You know why? Love. If you are breathing in love right now, congratulations, you passed the life test. The test is, are you able to see the world for exactly how it is and still remain in love? 🙂

I was going to the bathroom today at the park restroom and someone in need, more so than others, was doing her makeup. I looked at her a couple times and noticed her book bag of self worth was on the ground. All I could think of was lifting it off of the ground for her. She caught my looks and put me to test. I knew she was so I knew it was time for me to show my caring heart. Afterall, that is what she was gaging. She wanted to know if I was judging her. I immediately told her my thoughts, that I was looking out for her and hoped she would “get her worth off of the ground.” A little bit more into the conversation she told me that I passed the test because I didn’t judge her. 🙂 When you are put through hell and actually have a pure heart, eventually, instead of breaking, you simply become the most honest human on the planet.

You see, being betrayed doesn’t taint the pure hearted. Being betrayed simply amps up our genuine authentic self. We become most honest, more transparent, more loving and we do all of this because that’s our purpose. We know the world will test our hearts. We know the world will test our minds. We know the world will test our souls, our Spirits. So when God says, “Rise,” what He is saying is, “Show them why you were born.”

“Psalm 62

New International Version

Psalm 62[a]

For the director of music. For Jeduthun. A psalm of David.

1 Truly my soul finds rest in God;
my salvation comes from him.
2 Truly he is my rock and my salvation;
he is my fortress, I will never be shaken.

3 How long will you assault me?
Would all of you throw me down—
this leaning wall, this tottering fence?
4 Surely they intend to topple me
from my lofty place;
they take delight in lies.
With their mouths they bless,
but in their hearts they curse.[b]

5 Yes, my soul, find rest in God;
my hope comes from him.
6 Truly he is my rock and my salvation;
he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.
7 My salvation and my honor depend on God[c];
he is my mighty rock, my refuge.
8 Trust in him at all times, you people;
pour out your hearts to him,
for God is our refuge.

9 Surely the lowborn are but a breath,
the highborn are but a lie.
If weighed on a balance, they are nothing;
together they are only a breath.
10 Do not trust in extortion
or put vain hope in stolen goods;
though your riches increase,
do not set your heart on them.

11 One thing God has spoken,
two things I have heard:
“Power belongs to you, God,
12 and with you, Lord, is unfailing love”;
and, “You reward everyone
according to what they have done.””

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
